  • ¹US 1100 is waived for students that transfer 16 or more credits (completed after high school) upon initial admission into Texas State. If waived, student will need at least 1 hour of elective credit to total 120 hours to graduate.
  • Must have at least a C grade assigned in Nutrition 2360 and all natural science courses.
  • BIO 2400 is accepted as a substitute for BIO 2440.
  • A four credit hour Anatomy and a four credit hour Physiology course (including labs) may be used to substitute for BIO 2451 and 2452. Students may not combine an Anatomy or Physiology course with either BIO 2451 or BIO 2452 to meet this requirement.
  • Math 1315, College Algebra, is preferred. Math 1317, 1319, 1329, 2417, and 2471 are also accepted for Math requirement.
  • *Courses marked with an asterisk are the only prerequisite courses required for applicants with a previous bachelor’s degree.
