New Undergraduate Admissions and Course Repeat Policies

Pre-Communication Disorders: Please contact the Health Professions Advising Center at 512-245-3506 to schedule an individual appointment. The Office of Admissions requires all CDIS majors (760.99) attend an advising session. A hold will be placed on your registration status until you are advised.

Please bring your tentative schedule and the following documents to the advising session:

1. Degree Audit Report
2. Unoffical Transcript
3. A completed GPA Tracking form: Pre-CDIS GPA Tracking Form

*DURING THE SPRING SEMESTER ONLY- If you are applying for the CDIS sequence that semester, bring a completed application form as well.
