Pre-CDIS Advising

Pre-Communication Disorders: Please contact the Health Professions Advising Center at 512-245-3506 to schedule an individual appointment.

Please bring your tentative schedule and the following documents to the advising session:

  1. Degree Audit Report
  2. Unofficial Transcript
  3. A completed Pre-CDIS GPA Tracking Form
  4. CDIS Online Application

Following your advising appointment, the pre-CDIS GPA tracking form and undergraduate application will be submitted to the CDIS department via the online application.
