Lloyd Greene is a Senior Lecturer in the Healthcare Human Resources program. He holds a Doctorate in Organizational Behavior from the George Washington University in Washington D.C. He has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at four health care systems including the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System in Richmond, Virginia and the Seton Healthcare Network in Austin, Texas. His research interests are in leadership effectiveness, human resource metrics and workforce development. He has published many articles and textbook chapters, served as the chair of several healthcare workforce development committees and, most importantly, was the head tennis coach at two universities!
