Program Change Announcement
The DPT approved; MSPT will end
The Department of Physical Therapy has been approved by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. Applications recieved by October 15, 2007 will be for the DPT program that will start Summer 2008. The DPT will replace the current MSPT program. The DPT will be a three year, nine semester cohort program with 99 credit hours that culminates in the doctor of physical therapy degree.
Applications for the second DPT class will be available by May 2008.
