St. David's Medical Center has been providing quality medical care to the residents of Central Texas since 1924. SDMC is a full-service medical center, offering comprehensive specialty services with special expertise in neurology and neurosurgery, heart and vascular services, women's health, rehabilitation, geropsychiatry, and bariatrics. The St. David's Institute for Neurology and Neurosurgery offers the strongest neuro continuum of care in Central Texas, from emergency care through rehabilitation. Our 13-acre campus, conveniently located at the intersection of 32nd Street and Interstate 35 in Central Austin, is home to the 3 18 -bed St. David's Hospital (acute care and emergency services), 30-bed St. David's Pavilion (geropsychiatric care), and 64-bed St. David's Rehabilitation Center.
