Speech Language Hearing Clinic

 

 

The Texas State Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic is dedicated to providing comprehensive, state of the art evaluation and intervention services to a wide range of clients with diverse cultural backgrounds and diagnoses. We believe that a client's progress is significantly enhanced when communication strategies are incorporated into a meaningful, natural environment. Located on the campus of Texas State University, the speech-language and hearing clinic is the clinical training facility for the Department of Communication Disorders.

The Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic Announces Summer Intervention Programs

The Comprehensive Summer Feeding Program is composed of

  • 10 individual sessions
  • 8 group treatment sessions

Following completion of the program, we will collaborate with your child's speech language pathologist and/or potential continuation of therapy is available at our clinic.

 

MISTIC

The Multicultural Intensive Speech-Language Language Intervention Clinic  is a 4 week program which will  take place Tuesdays/Thursdays form June 15th-July9th at 1:30pm-3:30pm. 

MISTIC is an intervention program for bilingual (Spanish-English) and monolingual children ages 3-4 years. Parents will attend training sessions to learn new ways to stimulate speech and language development at home.
