Online Payments

As of 10/1/2019, the Speech-Language-Hearing clinic will be instituting an online credit card payment system for speech services. Cash and check payments will continue to be accepted in the clinic office. Some important information to remember:

  • A $5.00 convenience fee will be added to each transaction for online payments.Credit card and cash

  • Credit card payments will only be accepted online. The clinic office is not equipped to accept credit cards.

  • Prorated refunds will be given for clients who have been recommended for discharge.

  • No refunds will be provided for missed sessions.

  • In the event of accidental overpayment or duplicate payment, please contact the clinic to arrange a refund or have a credit applied to future charges.

Instructions for Payment

  • Payments may be made here: SLH Clinic Payments

  • Click on the appropriate icon for Speech Services

  • Enter the payment amount and click on “Add to Cart”

  • Enter patient name, Raintree ID number, phone number, and click continue

    • (Patient ID number and payment amount will be provided by the clinic administration staff 512-716-2600)

  • Review payment amount and click “Checkout”

  • Enter email address, click on “Continue”

  • Provide credit card information and billing information and click “Continue”

  • Payment receipt will show and a confirmation Email will be sent
