Pre-CDIS Advising

Pre-Communication Disorders: Please contact the Health Professions Advising Center at 512-245-3506 to schedule an individual appointment. The Office of Admissions requires all CDIS majors (760.99) attend an advising session. A hold will be placed on your registration status until you are advised.

Please bring your tentative schedule and the following documents to the advising session:

  1. Degree Audit Report
  2. Unoffical Transcript
  3. A completed Pre-CDIS GPA Tracking Form
  4. CDIS Undergraduate Application Form

Following your advising appointment, the pre-CDIS GPA tracking form and undergraduate application (we recommend using the browser Mozilla Firefox) will be submitted to the CDIS department via email.
